I completed my undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier Universtity from in 2015. I majored in Communication Studies and minored in Women and Gender Studies. While at Laurier I recieved my Orange Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

I recieved my diploma in the Advanced Fashion Makeup Artist program. The 13-week program included intensive training of makeup and hairstyling for every aspect of the professional fashion industry. Specifically designed for emerging fashion makeup artists, the curriculum consisted of both hands-on training and theory including: identifying historical trends; trend forecasting relative to the Canadian and global fashion industries, and makeup and hairstyling for bridal, runway, and glamour. 

In 2016, I completed the Event Management Post Graduate Certificate Program at Humber ITAL,  one of the most comprehensive event management programs available. I learned how to design, develop, co-ordinate and manage a broad range of events, sites and facilities. Additionally, I gained transferable, practical knowledge and skills in management practices such as planning, design, marketing, human resources and volunteer management, sponsorship, catering management, budgeting, risk management, and public relations. This program also included a work placement that has given me the practical experience that employers demand. I completed my work placement internship at Holt Renfrew in the National Events department.
